Group Projects

I do not like doing group projects. I think I do good work alone. It's like in every class, the instructors always put us in groups. I know I am not the only one who hates group projects because everytime an instructor brings up the word "group," there are always many sighs of distress. I know being in a group is a social thing and it does help people communicate better with others, but some people don't feel socially inclined to particpate in group activities. I am one of those people.

I know what you mean. There's always one person in the group who never shows, or never does anything, and then another person who tries to be the boss of everyone. Group projects are definately not my thing either.

I do agree with you there but for different reasons. I don't really trust others when it comes to getting work done. People may think the same way about me and i understand but it adds 20 times the amount of stress to just wonder if they are going to get their stuff done

I'm currently in the group project from hell. I'm the only one doing work. I get that it sucks. I'm pretty sure we're going to get a horrible grade on the project I'm currently working on, and there's not much I can do about it.

I promise to do my best to make it not suck. Your grade doesn't depend on them, you're just supposed to use each other for technology support if one group member knows stuff that the others don't....
